Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only.  We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges.  

Returns must be returned within 10 days of the date received with the return form filled out completely.  

A return form is included with every shipment.  However, if you need one, please request one at shoprebelnurse@gmail.com.

Contact us at shoprebelnurse@gmail.com stating you wish to make a return, list the items you want to return and we will issue a return mailing label.

*Please note that returns are $8.  $8 will be deducted from the store credit you receive.  

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains (deodorant, makeup, or wear).  Otherwise, they are not eligible for return.

Items sold marked "FINAL SALE" will not be eligible for return, no exceptions.

Once we process your return, we will issue a store credit via email.  Your credit code will not expire.  

***STEP-BY-STEP DIRECTIONS FOR A RETURN:

1.  Make sure items are eligible for return based on our return policy.

2.  Contact us at shoprebelnurse@gmail.com stating you need a return label and list the items you wish to return.  

3.  We will respond and email you the return mailing label.  (We will also send a return form to include with your return package if you need one.)

4.  Place items you wish to return in original packaging, with your return form filled out completely (placed inside), secure your package and attach the mailing label we sent to you onto the package.  Please ship back immediately.  

**If you receive a damaged item, please contact shoprebelnurse@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

Shop Rebel Nurse is not responsible for packages lost through the postal service.
